Crosia terms of use

These terms are a draft for review before public launch. Crosia is a free, moderated community project operated by Stooper. For questions or reports, email hellocs@stooper.co.

Who may use Crosia

Posting and replying are intended for people aged 18 or older. You must give accurate information and comply with applicable law in the place where you post, offer, hire, or meet. Email confirmation verifies only access to an inbox, not identity.

Allowed use

Share genuine local offers, products, wanted requests, employment and service opportunities, community events and respectful personal stories. Choose a truthful location relevant to the post. Crosia does not guarantee another person's identity, a job, a sale, an offer, or a response.

Prohibited content and conduct

Do not post fraud, scams, illegal or restricted goods, fake or exploitative job offers, threats, hate, harassment, stalking, impersonation, sexual exploitation, or private identifying information about another person without consent. You may not ask others to locate, track or confront someone. Do not publish strangers' photographs without permission. Do not circumvent posting limits or distribute unsolicited contact requests.

Your content and image rights

You retain ownership of your original content. By submitting a post you confirm that you have the rights and permissions necessary for Crosia to store, review and display it for the stated service. You grant Crosia a limited, non-exclusive permission to display approved content while it remains active; you can request removal.

Moderation, removal and availability

We may review, reject, limit or remove submissions for safety, suspected abuse or compliance. Posts expire; Crosia may be paused for maintenance or abuse prevention. Public posting is not available until the site's email, database, anti-spam and moderation systems have been activated.

Contact, transactions and safety

Crosia is not a payment processor, recruitment agent or identity-verification service. Make your own checks before meeting, paying, hiring or sharing contact details. Private contact exchange requires both sides to agree.

Data, cookies and reporting

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes should be reflected on this page before continued operation. No provision here removes consumer or data-protection rights that apply under law.
